Peter Forsberg Interview
Hockey has been a part of NHL player Peter Forsberg's life for as long as he can remember, his dad was even a hockey coach. It is no wonder that he puts so much weight in coaching and even as a professional player he always strives to better his game. All the way from Sweden, Peter has proven himself to be a great NHL player here in the states. From all his awards (Rookie of the Year, MVP, Olympic Gold) to his personal attitude, Peter Forsberg lets Sportskool in on what motivates him to be the professional he is.
A former first-round draft pick of the Toronto Maple Leafs in 1967, Coach Martin has spent more than 40 years playing and coaching hockey.
NHL All-Star Forsberg is not only a great physical presence on the ice but he is a premier playmaker as well.
Richter, a former NHL All-Star goaltender and Stanley Cup Champion will have his New York Ranger jersey retired in January 2008.
